Cancellation Policy
Modifications or cancellations must occur within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, the order may have already entered processing. Approved cancellations within 24 hours will be processed within 10 business days.
Return Policy
We provide a 30-day return window for unused items returned in their original packaging. Please note:
- We do not issue refunds for used, worn, or damaged items due to misuse.
- Non-approved returns or those outside the 30-day window may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%.
- Customers bear return shipping costs, except for items arriving damaged.
How to Start a Return
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. All returns must be approved before shipping. Include your order number and name inside the package for prompt processing.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives physically broken or defective, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Attach a clear photo of the damage to your email. We will determine eligibility for a replacement at no cost to you.
